Job Description

The F&B Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing and following up of all administrative functions within the Food & Beverage department by e-mail or phone, or in-person. The incumbent will have administrative duties and other responsibilities and works closely with the F&B Leader and Restaurant Leaders. It is important that Administrators provide warm and friendly, energy and direction to teams.

Required:

  • High school diploma or associate’s degree.
  • Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
