Job Description

Responsible for listening to calls and assuring the quality of service being provided by our customer service employees.
Requirements
  • Have at least 1-2 years in a similar role
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication
  • Have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office(Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.)
  • Meet Reporting deadlines and deliverables
  • Be Flexible and able to work long hours, including weekends
  • Able to think outside the box
  • Hold at least five(5) CXC passes, including Maths & English
