We are seeking a Restaurant Leader to lead all aspects of our business. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service. Restaurant manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Qualifications in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience at a similar level in a high volume 4-5 star hotel or high-end restaurant.
- Excellent people management skills and knowledge of F&B standards.
- Training & Coaching skills
- Banqueting experience would be advantageous
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Excellent customer service
- Required to work during weekends based on business requirements
