Absolutely! It is free for an employer to post and manage job listings from their dashboard. 

We want to make this platform as safe as possible for our candidates. So to avoid spam from being posted onto our platform every employer account is placed on a temporary hold until the verification process is completed which takes 24 hours. 

The online chat allow employers to live chat with candidates or leave message for a candidate whom is offline. 

Based on your job details logged in the system, the system will use algorithms to get the closes match of data from a candidate to a job posting and make suggestions to the employer. 

Sure you can! With this new COVID-19 protocols it is becoming harder to schedule so many face to face interviews. Using resources like zoom to push forward a more virtual approach to recruitment would be the best and safest way forward. Our team is always available to set-up the integration to get you up and running.
